A Place for the Stuff That Isn’t a Split: Notes

OweMe now includes Notes — a private, personal space to jot down anything, separate from shared expenses and friend balances.

OweMe has always been about the money you share with other people. Notes is the opposite of that on purpose — a space that’s entirely yours, with nothing to split and nobody else able to see it.

What it’s actually for

"Ask Mohit about the electricity bill." "Budget goal: cut food spending by 20% this month." "Saransh still owes me the trip photos, not just the money." The small stuff that’s related to your shared expenses but isn’t itself an expense — Notes is where that lives instead of a separate app or a sticky note you’ll lose.

Simple by design

A title, some text, and a pin if you want it to stay at the top — that’s it. Open it from your profile menu, jot something down, and it’s there next time you open OweMe.

It’s a small addition, but it’s part of the same idea behind everything else here: the app you already open to track money is a reasonable place to keep the rest of the small stuff too.
