Share a link instead of sending reminders
Create a pay page for the lunch and share the link in the team chat. Anyone can open it and pay their part by UPI without installing anything. Balances also carry over between lunches, so if two people each paid last week and one pays this week, the system works out the net amount instead of everyone paying again.
